Our practice accepts Credit Cards, Cash or Online Payments. We are self-pay and do not accept or file insurance for reimbursement. However, we will provide the legal guardian with a payment receipt and superbill if they would like to file their own insurance.They will be responsible for contacting their insurance company to discuss benefits based on their healthcare plan.
